Template:TranslationNeeded 可以调整在Minecraft游戏中的菜单”选项”里的难度。改变此选项可以调整怪物的出现。但是不会影响怪物攻击的行为,鸡的产卵以及和平区域。 有4种难易度可以选择,分别是「和平」、「简单」、「普通」以及「困难」。

其他难度
极限
极限模式会导致玩家以游戏难度困难出生并不允许难度被更改。假如玩家死亡,整个世界都会被删除。要想玩这个模式的话请在创造新世界时查看选项。
建議
如果你对「刚开始生存」或者做「洞穴探索」有困难,最好的方式就是把难易度调整成「和平」。如此,建设房子或做洞穴探索就会变得更简单。然而,这样做不会得到经验值,而且如果你要得到一些物品或工具时,你必须要把难易度调高。(例如:骨头作成骨粉)
随着Minecraft Beta1.8的更新,你也会找到蜘蛛网,当你用剪刀或剑去破坏蜘蛛网时,会得到线。如果你要准备蜘蛛网,推建在白天把难易度调成和平,到了晚上再把难易度调高去打蜘蛛。 这个方法,在早上或晚上你都会得到好处。
Another idea is to change to peaceful whenever you venture into a cave, then turn it back up whenever you leave and go outside or to your house. That way you encounter the enemies above ground at night, but you don't have to worry about a creeper suddenly exploding or a skeleton shooting at you from dark corners when you go into a cave or dying from hunger while mining (many actions performed while mining will make you very hungry, going into a cave without enough food can easily end in death).
It can be difficult to get your feet wet if you are constantly attacked when first entering The Nether (particularly since some computers can freeze when switching between the two areas), so changing the difficulty to Peaceful will stop the Ghasts attacking you.
In the Nether, difficulty does not affect hostile mob spawning in any way, with the exception of hostile mobs not spawning at all in Peaceful.

- Notch made a tweet on October 22nd 2010, stating that he's "changing difficulty to realism. Lowest setting = creative. Highest setting = starve".
- As of Beta 1.3, fewer passive mobs spawn on harder modes.
