Village structures
The descriptions below apply to plains villages.
Village buildings and farms never generate "floating", instead filling in a foundation down to ground level when necessary. Buildings generate a cobblestone foundation, while farms generate dirt.
Structure blocks can be used to manually load pieces of the village from the /data/structures/village folder in minecraft.jar. To do so, set a structure block to Load mode, enter village/<folder>/<structure_name>, and press LOAD.
