Hello to those reading this page.

I am klokko567 and I have been searching for information about Minecraft and I ended up getting this place. This website (minecraftwiki.net) is awesome! They are putting out information for each update and all the new stuff in each of the updates. If you need Minecraft-information, you can find everything here.

I can also give you some links for texture packs below:

Painterly Pack Texture Pack: [1]

Lomakraft Texture Pack: [2]

JohnSmiths Texture Pack: [3]

These texture packs, and a few more, are those I use. I can give you some ideas for houses. If you have a multiplayer server, I will be happy to join the server and help you out with problems. I have a server myself, if you want to join it, send me a message here at Minecraft Wiki.

I also have some tips if you're going to make a mineshaft. Below is an example of how I mine at bedrock level. I find Diamond (Gem)s, redstone (Ore) and other ores down at bedrock level. The picture is from above:

W=Walking path B=Block (mining it is optional) D=Dig this block to extend the area. (You don't have to, but you will increase the chance of finding ores if you do so) O=Area of operation (chests, furnaces, workbench, working area)

You can mine like you want, but this is my way of doing it. The technique is to leave 3x3x3 blocks as pillars in the room. When it comes to store all the ores, cobblestone, dirt and gravel you find, I suggest to put some chests in at the entrance. I have for example 5 chests with signs next to them. One for cobblestone, one for dirt and gravel, one for redstone and coal, one for extra mining tools and one for swords, diamonds and ingots you make. As said before, you don't have to do this, but you can if you'd like to. You can, if you like, remove the pillars and have a giant room, of which you don't know what to do with.
