Strange ... when I went to edit that page, the "stupid shouting" was current. Hmm. Maybe I had loaded the page earlier in the day and made the edit a few hours later? I can't recall the specifics right now, but it certainly wasn't my intention to re-add that text if it had been removed. I guess I'm just pretty new to this, sorry. Shakerag 14:56, 31 May 2011 (UTC)

normally, you get to edit the newest version available at the moment you click edit, and you are warned if somebody saved an edit since then. doesn’t matter, i’ll remove it again. i was just wondering. – Flying sheep 18:04, 31 May 2011 (UTC)

Inaccessible water

That's pretty epic; have you actually found something like that? ダイノガイ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 22:20, 1 September 2011 (UTC)

it’s just an idea for making hard maps: this way the player can make farms, but needs to shape the ground instead of simply making infinite water. — Flying sheep 22:25, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
Aah, makes sense. In that case, you can still have the water inaccessible, while giving the player two more blocks' worth of water flow to use, like so:
(of course, if your goal is to just have a flat wall, you should stick to your version) ダイノガイ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 22:52, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
do you look at it from the top? because my version is meant to be vertical, the water flows out of the ceiling. of course, this is sufficient, if you want the water flowing out of a flat wall:
and yes, your version is nice if the water should come out of, say, a flat hill. – Flying sheep 23:00, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
Oh, yeah, I was looking at it top-down. ダイノガイ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 05:39, 2 September 2011 (UTC)

User_talk:Flying_sheep/Template:BlockGrid

Can you check that out Cool12309(T|C) 22:48, 1 September 2011 (UTC)

what? – Flying sheep 22:53, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
What is this page for? Cool12309(T|C) 23:03, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
it’s an attempt to create another implementation of {{BlockGrid}} that circumvents the loop limit. 100 tiles sound like much, but they aren’t:
these are exactly 100 pieces of brick wall. one more and it breaks. – Flying sheep 23:40, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
Edit: nah, of course it breaks earlier, because the two diagrams earlier on the page count, too.
Ah. Well, good luck. Cool12309(T|C) 00:24, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
thanks – Flying sheep 08:23, 2 September 2011 (UTC)

Crisp?

Hey, where did you pull those numbers from for the "crisp" thumbnails on the new food pages? Just curious. --HexZyle 03:03, 3 September 2011 (UTC)

easy: i used half the images’ width. would work with ⅓ or ¼, too, if the image’s size is dividable by the respective number. – Flying sheep 12:10, 3 September 2011 (UTC)
Makes sense. I'll remember that for the {future} :) --HexZyle 19:43, 3 September 2011 (UTC)

Template Editting

So, i realize you wanted a place to put your reasoning about changing the template, but why did you make a user sub-page instead of putting it on a talk page like the community portal or even the template talk page? --JonTheMon 13:46, 15 September 2011 (UTC)

i thought that i shoundn’t have to bother people who aren’t interested in this, but if you would rather see it there, feel free to move it :D – Flying sheep 13:49, 15 September 2011 (UTC)
If they want to know why you're changing a template, they're interested, especially if you had put it on the talk page. And I would move it (page move) except there's already a talk page. If you don't decide to move it over, I'll probably make a link at some point. --JonTheMon 13:59, 15 September 2011 (UTC)

crafting

umm, could you please use the wikitable class instead of adding css manually to tables?

i had to do this far too much. thanks :) – Flying sheep 18:39, 29 September 2011 (UTC)

And thank you for doing that. I copied the code I used from the Glass Bottle page because I had no idea there was any alternative. That should have also been your first assumption. Followed by you pointing me to the correct code. Am I right? --Ecksearoh 20:29, 29 September 2011 (UTC)
