– Scaler (t) 22:52, 28 February 2011 (UTC)
User page
I've confirmed my email, but the 'edit this page' button isn't there. Dunny 10:33, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
Created the page for you, now edit it. Calinou - talk × contribs » 10:41, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
Hey mate, instead of trying to tear this idea down, why not use all your 'energy' you spend running down newbies to this wiki into actually contributing to the minecraft community. Yes Iceblocks in general need invedit to achieve however they do occur naturally in the game and if you can exploit the environment to your advantage this 'floating water platform' notion can be achievable...
Also, it is possible to create floating ice blocks by putting water, then waiting it to freeze... Yes. I don't think this needs a tutorial. Also, why is the redstone dust needed ? Also, your tutorial really needs to have grammar improved, sorry. Calinou - talk × contribs » 15:03, 28 May 2011 (UTC)
Its alright I'm new to this and I rushed it without understanding how to use this site properly, you need the redstone dust so when the ice melts the water doesn't 'collapse' downwards. The redstone dust makes the water float in a single cube above. Does that make sense? The end product is a single cube of still water floating in air just to clear things up a bit.
Doesn't water destroys redstone dust? Normally, if you break/place a block nearby, your floating water may break. Calinou - talk × contribs » 07:08, 29 May 2011 (UTC)
Water does destroy redstone dust NORMALLY, however in this case it doesnt.
give me two more days and il upload an image to show you as im still waiting to be autoconfirmed. (easier that way)
Wolves/Untamed
Why did you add the wild wolves attack pigs? As Alphap wrote on the talk page "There's some lines in the source code that specifically searches an area around the wolf for sheep, and only sheep, then attacks them. The area appears to be 16x4x16." --Appleiiguy 05:12, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
-.- I removed the pigs, and added back them. Calinou - talk × contribs » 21:07, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
You dont like ghast noises?
Oh.
Shouldnt you add that to the wiki? When do ghasts make noises?

It's a fun page, and they are annoying as hell, they're the reason I play without sound, even on earth. Calinou - talk × contribs » 21:55, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
Thank you for help... :D
Done
I have you on the template as a Skeleton! Ajc 1254 21:26, 5 August 2011 (UTC)
Flowing Water
Are you sure about the flowing water blast resistance value? It's not 0 like the flowing lava? – Scaler (t) 22:11, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
No, I directly took the values from the code itself. One possible explanation to this is that when TNT explodes in both still/flowing water, it does not destroy any blocks, but it does when it is in flowing lava (from my experience). Calinou - talk × contribs » 22:25, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
Block stats
It seems you are constantly working on updating this list, so I created another one for completion. I don't have much time to keep it always updated, so hopefully this is helpful for you. The source code for generating the list is also provided, if you use MCP you know what to do. Personally I put it in EntityTNTPrimed.explode(). Xfs 13:57, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
I see it as trolling, I never updated my list, for now. Yours is better, no need to update mine. Calinou - talk × contribs » 22:55, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
"INB4BLOCK"?
Care to explain just what was going on with this edit to Options? 「ディノ奴千?!」? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 00:08, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
- Let me explain:
- I tried to edit the page, but I was pretty sure a edit conflict would happen. So, I selected all the text, then copied it. There was a edit conflict. I replaced it with my text - but I forgot the first part, so I had to add it back. Then, I fixed adding the first part. This is in no means a edit war - can you add the link to occlusion culling back, please? Calinou - talk × contribs » 00:10, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
- Aah, you meant "block" as in edit conflict. Do you have any idea how all the dashes ended up in your text? (And, already got the link back in, along with some other link tweaks =) ) 「ディノ奴千?!」? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 00:13, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
- Umm, okay. *shrugs* If you want to copy code from old revisions on pages, it's usually better to do so from the edit box - view the revision you want content from, and click the "edit" tab (you can do the same thing from a page diff, but click on the "edit" link next to the revision timestamp instead). 「ディノ奴千?!」? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 00:18, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
About Redirects
Although redirects are helpful, I've noticed people using the redirects a lot more than direct page links. I've been told that this can be accumulative extra bandwidth or processing or something. I noticed you created many redirects for incorrect case and such of some new pages, and I also notice everyone links to "Nether" instead of "The Nether." It's pretty inefficient, and I feel like it promotes bad editing habits that lead to double redirects and such. Red links are meant to teach the user proper linking, when they've spelled a name wrong, etc. It's okay to have redirects for moved pages and such, but we shouldn't promote redirects for names done incorrectly.
I just wished to say this. I am one of the top editors at BioShock Wiki, and I have been strictly taught against using redirects whenever possible. MegaScience 15:40, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
