Redirect on Mobs[]

Your insertion of a replacement {{redirect}} to Baby Animals is more useful, but I wanted to check that you realize it's not required to have a {{redirect}} template at the target of a REDIRECT page, right? I ask because it seems as if you struggled to come up with this, as if you thought one had to be there.

The {{redirect}} template is meant for when a user's search term could refer to several different pages. If it actually or most likely refers to a particular page or section, we redirect to that page or section and insert the template to help them find the others they might be looking for. Otherwise, we redirect to a disambiguation page instead and use a {{disambig}} template to list all the pages they might be looking for. The distinction between a tameable mob and a baby tameable mob is pretty thin, but it's not unreasonable to think a user might be looking for the latter. So what you did was useful and should be kept, but you didn't necessarily have to put so much effort into it. – Auldrick (talk · contribs) 20:38, 16 April 2018 (UTC)
