Cool Down[]
Cool Down is stackable, meaning it can appear in multiple enchantment slots on an item. When stacked it has an additive effect, meaning each extra Prospector will have its effect added onto the last (for example, two tier three Prospectors would grant a 600% increased chance to find emeralds, because the two 300% increased chances that a single tier three Prospector grants have been added together).
