After finding structures such as the Desert Temple, the Jungle Temple, players need some tricks to safely take the treasures inside. This tutorial will teach you how to find and conquer temples and temples.
Desert Temple
Desert Temple
Desert Temple' Inside there is a cellar filled with sand and suspicious sand, four chest containing treasures, and a trap containing nine TNTs.
Recommended items
- Cobblestone或 Some cheap foot blocks such as Dirt that can be used for certain emergencies (32-64)
- stone Pickaxe or better pickaxe, used for excavating sandstone, etc., can also be used for certain emergencies
- Brush, used to sweep suspicious sand
- shovel}, used to dig up [sand accumulated in the cellar
- Torch, for lighting
- some food to restore hunger
- Water bucket, which has a variety of uses, including keeping you safe on the ground
- Iron Sword or better sword to deal with monsters that may spawn in the temple
- stone axe or better axe (you can dig up the box too)
Look for
To find Desert Temple, first find the desert biome, which is scattered with [dead shrub and [cactus on the ground in addition to endless sand.
Generally, you need to find these buildings that resemble Egyptian pyramids on the ground, but the ground floor of the desert temple is fixed at Y=64, resulting in sometimes some or almost all of them buried under the sand. In addition to a pyramid structure, the desert temple is decorated with orange terracotta tiles on both sides. In addition, desert temples for Java Edition} spawn less frequently than Bedrock Edition.
With cheat activated, you can enter and execute the command /locate structure desert_pyramid[Java Edition only] or /locate structure temple[1][Bedrock Edition only]} directly locates the nearest desert temple; You can also find and use some tools online that will help you find desert temples.
Conquest =
Cellar
Once on the ground floor of the Desert Temple, look for bare sand and suspicious sand. In the corner of this level there will be a cellar filled with sand and suspicious sand, requiring the player to sweep the suspicious sand with a brush to obtain loot. After sweeping the suspicious sand on the surface, you need to dig through the sand and look for the suspicious sand hidden underneath. It is recommended to dig layer by layer, and first sweep all the suspicious sand in this layer into ordinary sand, and then continue digging, because suspicious blocks will be affected by gravity, and falling suspicious blocks will not become blocks again after landing, nor will they drop any items.
It is not recommended to use a spade that digs too fast, in general, the digging speed of a shovel or shovel is sufficient. Suspicious sand can be dug twice as fast as sand, and if you dig up suspicious sand while clearing the pile, it's easy to destroy the suspicious sand before you even react. When cleaning with keyboard and mouse operation, it is recommended to release the left mouse button every time you dig sand to avoid accidentally damaging suspicious sand.
In the meantime, before you're ready to start the above process, it's a good idea to make sure that there aren't monsters around that pose a threat to you (especially creepers, suspicious blocks will be destroyed by explosions without dropping anything). It is recommended to block all the passages around and outside to avoid monsters coming in and attacking.
Chamber of Secrets
Look for bare blue terracotta tiles on the ground floor of the desert temple. Note that this blue terracotta tile is not the one in the cellar above. Around it are four orange terracotta tiles, which enclose the secret chamber of the desert temple, and the four chests containing treasures are inside.
On the surface, the entrance to the chamber looks like this:
treasure room hidden in a desert temple
[[File:The 9 TNT rigged under the Stone Pressure Plate.png|right|thumb|nine TNT] hidden under stony pressure plate and sandstone]
Of course, finding treasures is far from as simple as digging up blue terracotta tiles and jumping in. In the very center of the bottom chamber is a stone pressure plate, and nine TNTs are connected underneath. If you jump straight in and hit the pressure plate, you'll be killed in no time and your drop will be shattered. Even if you react quickly and survive, the four chests and their contents will be blown up.
Approximate structure at the bottom of the chamber (1-7, bottom-up)
Therefore, when you want to enter the secret chamber of a desert temple, you must be careful not to step on the pressure plate at the bottom of the pit. To avoid traps, you can break blocks other than the blue terracotta tile in the center, and then reach the bottom of the chamber in various common ways, such as building spiral stairs and digging under walls. You also have to be careful not to let the monsters spawned from all over the temple come in and interfere with you, and as a result, you will either be knocked down and hit the pressure plate; Or it falls and steps on the pressure plate. [2]Of course, don't dig up the blue terracotta tiles and jump straight down, because directly below is the pressure plate.
Or if you want to reach the Chamber of Secrets from below, you can dig a tunnel to enter the temple without knowing the exact location of the temple.
If you're unlucky enough to step on a pressure plate, here are a few recommended ways to help you minimize injury:
- Immediately dig up the pressure plate and the sandstone directly underneath it, and pour water directly on the TNT that has not yet exploded. TNT will not destroy blocks when it explodes in water, nor will it ignite surrounding TNT, but it will still cause damage to the player, so it is recommended to stay away from TNT as much as possible after releasing water.
- If you only have a digging tool like a stone pickaxe, then it is recommended that you pick up the block in your hand (but it is recommended not to be a block affected by gravity, because the bottom will be blown up and you will also drop with the block) and quickly go up pillar jump; Climb up the ladder and climb up; Or quickly escape along the passage you just dug (if anything).
- If you have a pickaxe that is fast enough, you can quickly dig out (partial) sandstone at the bottom of the chamber, digging out the other eight TNTs that have not been ignited before one of the activated TNTs explodes. That way, even if you are killed and your chest is blown up, there will be no other explosions that will blow up your drops and treasures.
Here are some ways to get to the bottom of the chamber safely: Template:CollapseH First, dig down one of the blocks outside the nine tiles centered on the blue terracotta tile.
Once you reach the bottom, you'll find four chests and a pressure plate.
Don't rush to open the chest yet. Destroy the pressure plate first.
This is TNT under the pressure plate, it is better to dig them out.
Then slowly scrape.
File:Desert Temple 6.png Template:CollapseE Template:CollapseH Destroy the blue terracotta tiles first.
Pour water into it.
Go down the water, the pressure plate will not be destroyed by the current, you need to jump into the corner (don't step on the pressure plate!). Manually destroy the pressure plate.

Undersea Temple
Jungle Temple
jungle temple
Inside the Jungle Temple (torches placed by the player)
[[Jungle Temple]'is a [[structure]that spawns in the Jungle biome. There are two chests inside, one of which requires solving a puzzle consisting of redstone mechanisms; The other one has to dodge arrows fired from two launchers. The Jungle Temple is not rich in loot, but it has more mechanics than the Desert Temple, so it is considered by most players to be less valuable than the Desert Temple.
Recommended items
- Torch, for lighting
- Cobblestone或 Dirt and some other cheap foot blocks (32-64)
- some food to restore hunger
- Water bucket, which can wash away tripwires
- Iron Sword or better sword, used to deal with monsters that may spawn in the temple
Additional optional items
- Shears, used to cut tripwires
- stone Pickaxe or better pickaxe, for digging some stone blocks
- stone axe or better axe (you can dig up the box too)
- Elytra and sufficient Firework Rocket, which helps you fly through the jungle in search of temples
Look for
To find the Jungle Temple, first you'll find the Jungle biome, which is characterized by a dense jungle tree and a small number of large oak trees, a Cocoa Bean on the jungle wood, and a bright turquoise color of grass blocks and leaves.
You can look for these cobblestone and moss structures on the ground, but the jungle is often too dense and the ground is uneven to walk over, so it is recommended that players with the conditions fly over the jungle using elytra. Of course, you can also use Flint to burn a path, but the jungle biome often rains, causing the fire you light to be extinguished, and you have to wait for the rain to stop before lighting a fire or go straight to the jungle temple.
With cheat activated, you can enter and execute the command /locate structure jungle_pyramid[Java Edition only] or /locate structure temple[1][Bedrock Edition only]} directly locates the nearest jungle temple; You can also look online and use some tools that will help you find the jungle temple.
Conquest =
If you find a jungle temple, it's a good idea to search for the first or second floor first. Although there are no treasures there, you still have to watch out for monsters that may spawn there. Kill the monsters there, plant torches in the dark places, and seal the doorway. This will best keep you safe.
Then find the downward staircase directly opposite the doorway and follow the stairs down to the negative floor of the temple. You can see that there are three levers on the left or right side of the stairs, which is the puzzle that hides a treasure. But don't rush crack this redstone mechanism, it's best to go deep first, because if monsters spawn in the dark depths, they will sneak up on you when you crack the mechanism, posing a threat to you.
However, when going deeper, be aware that there are two traps, and when triggered, arrows will be fired in the direction of the player in the middle of the channel, which will be described in more detail below.
Traps
trap
Go deeper and you'll find some [[lines] on the ground. This is the trap that shoots an arrow when triggered, and the diagram below shows its general structure (two places; Magenta glazed terracotta tiles are the direction in which the player is heading; The transmitter faces the other end of the channel; The front of the launcher is shaded by vines, making it look a lot like moss:
You need to be careful not to step on tripwire in the middle of the passage]. If the player accidentally steps on the tripwire or breaks the tripline without using scissors, the launcher will be triggered to shoot an arrow. If you can't safely break the tripwire without scissors, you can choose to break the tripwire hook directly (you may need to dig some blocks, but still be careful not to step on the tripwire), or walk against the wall on the right side, so that you are not easily hit by arrows. At the same time, it should be noted that such a mechanism has one at the next corner.
It is recommended that players take out the arrows in the launcher after safely crossing the tripline or simply remove the launcher to avoid future troubles. Next, at the end of the aisle is the treasure chest, so enjoy your results!
Template:CollapseH Walk down the Jungle Temple lobby.
After coming down, one of the sides are some tie rods used to open the secret room.
On the other side is a long corridor. A total of two sets of arrow launcher traps are set up in the long corridor.
These traps are all caused by [tripwires].
Remove the tripwire with scissors, or simply remove the tripwire hook itself.
This is the hidden arrow launcher.
This is the treasure chest. There are tripwires in front of chests, and you can open chests in the distance without triggering tripwires, but it's best to get rid of them too.
Note: There is also an arrow launcher above the chest.
After dismantling the trap, remove the treasures from the chest (don't forget to take the arrows from the launcher if you need them).

Puzzles
puzzle device pattern diagram, lapis lazuli blocks representing hidden doors
After exploring the chest at the end of the walkway, you can see three levers when you return along the same path.
The solution to the puzzle depends on which side of the stairs the lever is on:
- If the lever is on the left side of the stairs: right'
- If the lever is on the right side of the stairs: left',
After pulling the lever, walk down the stairs to the ground floor, and you will find a hole in the ground and reveal a chest.
If you don't want to solve the puzzle or can't solve the puzzle properly because you pull the wrong lever, you can also use the pickaxe to dig through the wall to get over the puzzle and take the loot.
Template:CollapseH The entrance to the hidden room is on one of the sides. (It depends on which side the lever is on)
That's the square.
You can directly destroy the block to access the hidden room.
This is the hidden room.
You can also use the lever to open the chamber, the specific steps above are described.

SnowRoom
aboveground part of the SnowRoom
SnowRoom Snowy Plains}}、 Snowy Taiga和 Structures generated in the Snowy Slopes biome. It has a half chance that it will spawn a basement, otherwise it will only spawn a hemispherical part above ground.
Recommended items
- Cobblestone或 Dirt and some other cheap foot blocks (32-64)
- stone Pickaxe or better pickaxe, for digging iron railings, etc
- some food to restore hunger
Additional optional items
- Torch} for ground floor lighting
- stone axe or better axe (you can dig up the box too)
- Iron Sword} or better sword to kill zombie villagers (if you don't want to heal it)
Look for
As mentioned above, you need to look for snowfield, snow-covered taiga, or snow-covered slopes. It's not just about looking for snow, because in cold biomes, while snow doesn't spawn in lower places, it can spawn in higher places. All in all, if you see a large white plain, a lower taiga, or a snowy mountain from the top to the bottom, you've entered the right biome.
However, the snow covered on the ground and the [snow that make up the exterior of the SnowRoom are the same white; There is only one redstone torch on the ground floor of the SnowRoom, which makes it difficult for players to spot it either during the day or at night. However, you can still find the SnowRoom by looking for protrusions on the ground that are completely white. If it's a small hill, its sides will be the color of dirt, and you can use this to distinguish between the snowroom and the hill.
With cheat activated, you can enter and execute the command /locate structure igloo[Java Edition only] or /locate structure temple[1][Bedrock Edition only]} directly locates the nearest SnowRoom; You can also find and use some tools online that will help you find the SnowRoom.
Conquest =
Enter the SnowRoom, which contains Workbench], Furnace, Red Bed, and [Redstone Torch], and two more Ice[Java Edition only] or Ice floes[Bedrock Edition only]} on either side of the cabin. If you find these things useful to you, collect them first, and then there are things to do. Dig out all the white carpet on the floor of the SnowRoom and you have a 50% chance of seeing a wooden trap door. If so, the SnowRoom has a basement that you can continue exploring; If you don't find it, you can keep looking for new ones.
Open the wooden trap door and follow the long ladder down to a stone brick room. On one side of the room is a chest containing Golden Apple and other [loot, on the other side there is a brewing table with a bottle of [Splash Type Weakness Potion, and at the end of the room there is a villager and Zombie villager. At this point you have two choices: take all the treasures and leave; Or cure zombie villager.
If you want Heal Zombie Villagers, it's simple: all you have to do is throw a bottle of Splash Weakness Potion at the zombie villager, feed it a golden apple, and wait. It trembles in the process, which means that it is being healed. After the zombie villagers have been healed as normal villagers, you can transport them back to your home or directly in place [Form a New Village.
Swamp Lodge
swamp hut
[[Swamp Lodge]'(also known as Witch's Hut) is a rare biome that spawns in the Swamp biome {[3]structure, which naturally spawns witch, black cat, alchemy pot filled with some random potions, and so on.
Recommended items
- Cobblestone或 Some cheap foot blocks such as Dirt that can be used for certain emergencies (32-64)
- Torch}, for night lighting
- some food to restore hunger
- Water bucket
- One or more Milk bucket, for detoxification
- Iron Sword or better sword, for killing witches
Additional optional items
- Glass bottle, used to hold the potion in the pot
- stone Pickaxe or better pickaxe, for digging pots
- stone axe or better axe (you can tear down the hut)
- Golden apple}, to help you return blood faster
- Enchantments have Sharp II Diamond Swords or better to help you kill witches quickly
- Enchantments have a Power III or better bow that helps you quickly kill witches from a distance
Look for
To find Swamp Lodge, first you have to find the Swamp biome. One of the most striking features of the swamp biome is that the water in it is gray-black, and the swamp biome has large areas of shallow water with water lilies on the surface of the water; You can also look at the less densely distributed oak trees there, which usually grow vines around the leaves at the bottom not in the trunk. At the same time, when a special [ Moon Phase appears, a large number of Slime will appear on the ground of the swamp biome at night.
If you find the swamp biome, you'll need to look for swamp huts made up mostly of brown spruce planks. Also, if you find a witch spawning during the day, there's a good chance you're near a swamp hut.
With cheat activated, you can enter and execute the command /locate structure swamp_hut[Java Edition only] or /locate structure temple[1][Bedrock Edition only]} directly locates the nearest swamp hut; You can also find and use some tools online that will help you find the swamp hut.
Conquest =
If you find a swamp hut, don't rush inside, as the witch inside may kill you with all kinds of potions. If you have good equipment, you can kill the witch directly with three or two strokes, or shoot it with a bow with higher damage. If you don't have that good equipment, it's best to find a way to lure the witch away and enter the hut to loot. You can build a path high up, drop blocks affected by gravity (such as sand, gravel, which are abundant under the swamp), give the witch a way down from the hut to the ground, and lead it away.
Witches drink healing potions to regain health when their health is low, so you'll need to increase your attack speed as much as possible. If you accidentally get hit by a potion thrown by a witch, don't worry, take out and drink your milk to detoxify. For safety, it is recommended that you choose to conquer the swamp hut during the day to avoid being disturbed by other monsters or even being given a fatal blow when your health is low.
Once you've solved the witch, you're ready to enter the cabin. You can pick up your glass bottle and scoop away the witch's potion in the pot, and take away the pot and pots in the swamp hut. As for the black cat, you can tame it or kill it directly.
However, see [Trap, you can use the swamp hut to brush the drop for a larger purpose.
