The specific instructions are: render of entire structure
Trail ruins are buried structures which work as archeology points where both suspicious sand and suspicious gravel generate. The trail ruins may be found in a few temperate, cold and snow-covered biomes and come in different sizes varying from ruined villages to single ruined huts "from a lost culture."[1] they have chests with loot.
Structure
A trail ruin may be found on land or underwater, typically nearby a river, an aquifer or an oceans. A large portion of the structure is found buried under the ground sometimes generating in the snow-covered snowy taiga biome or in taigas and old growth pine and spruce taigas cold biomes and in old growth birch forest and jungle temperate biomes. A trail ruin is the only natural source of mud bricks materials. The structure is composed by a central tower made of Terracotta and Glazed Terracotta, wich first blocks are the only ones that do not spawn underground, and a road made of Cobblestone, Stone Bricks and it's variants. Along the road can spawn a few huts made of mud bricks and terracotta. The entire structure is buried by Sand, Gravel, Coarse Dirt and sometimes by Suspicious Sand and Suspicious Gravel.
Loot
In Java Edition, each trail ruin's suspicious gravel contains 1 item stacks, with the following distribution:

A nautilus shell is an item that is used for crafting conduits.
Obtaining
Fishing
Fishing#Junk and treasure
Nautilus shells can be rarely obtained as a treasure item from fishing. The drop chances of nautilus shells slightly increase with each level of Luck of the Sea on the player's fishing rod.
Mob loot
Drowned have a 3% or 8% chance to spawn with a nautilus shell in their off-hand, and this nautilus shell always drops upon death.
Trading
Wandering traders may sell a nautilus shell for 5 emeralds each, but they only sell 5 of them at a time.
Usage
bedrock, a nautilus shell is one of the few items that can be held in the off-hand.

Nautilus shells can be given to trident-wielding drowned with a chance for the drowned to pick up the shell and drop the trident.[Bedrock Edition only]

Trivia
*Nautiluses are animals that occupy deep oceans in the real world. However, they are absent in Minecraft and there are currently no plans to add nautilus mobs into the game.
*Because bedrock allows for Nautilus shells to be held in the off-hand (since drowned hold them), they are the only item in that version that can be put in the off-hand slot without having a specific function.
