PNGs, not SVGs[]

Clearly, PNGs are superior to SVGs with this template. The SVGs are around 8x larger in filesize than PNGs. It's an utter redunancy, considering bitmap images (the best in this case being PNGs) are clearly designed for pixelization - which minecraft graphics are centered around - whereas SVGs are designed for vectors, hence their name. Nevermind, statement withdrawn considering you can adjust size. Kris159 15:52, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
You're wrong anyway. The SVG image for 18px (which is technically a PNG anyway) is 193 bytes, whereas the PNG image is 273 bytes. Although it could be compressed to 152 bytes, you're talking about only saving 41 bytes. While losing the ability to resize without blurring. –ultradude25 (T|C) at 17:16, 16 January 2012 (UTC)

Just an FYI, the last time this template was changed it left errors on many of the pages linked to it ("Error creating thumbnail: Unable to create destination directory"). I purged some of the last unchanged mainspace English articles I could find, but I don't know how to purge the alternate language articles and the list is rather long. The template has nothing to do with it. Thumbnails keep breaking, and since SVGs are always thumbnailed they just show an error. If the error is currently there when the page is saved, it will stay there due to caching. Purging the page or a blank edit will fix it... until someone else edits it, so that'd be a waste of time. ultradude25Talk

Hearts borders don't overlap like ingame[]

Ingame, the heart borders overlap each other. This template makes them next to other other, causing two pixel borders between them:

The healthbar on the top is what this template generate. The bottom bar is what is seen ingame. --Unavailablehoax (talk) 04:14, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
