Snapshot data?
Should we update this table using info from latest snapshot or should it contain data from on stable version? — MiiNiPaaT|C 14:26, 8 September 2013 (UTC)
Wrong link "wither"
The suspicious stew should link to the wither effect ( https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Wither_(effect) ), not the mob Wither (https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Wither). I tried to change it, but I can't due to restrictions to this page.
- It links to Wither (effect). Amatulic (talk) 19:55, 18 February 2022 (UTC)
Differentiating JE and BE for "Suspicious Stew with Saturation added"?
According to Saturation, the specific Suspicious Stew should add 13 (
× 6.5)[Java Edition only] or 12 (
× 6)[Bedrock Edition only]. The saturation points should also be 21.2 and 19.2, respectively. Should this be reflected in the table? iBugOne (talk) 09:01, 24 February 2022 (UTC)
- It depends. Are you just assuming Saturation is correct, or have you verified it with testing? The article was modified in Oct. 2020 by this edit from an IP user who appears to no longer be actively editing. They didn't leave an edit summary so we have no idea where they got the information from. I tried to verify it myself, but as far as I can tell the effect doesn't add any saturation at all in Bedrock. (Eating the stew restores 6 hunger and 7.2 saturation as it should, and it applies the Saturation effect for what I believe is 6 ticks giving an additional 6 hunger, but the effect doesn't further increase saturation in my tests. This might be a bug, or might be a result of the interaction between hunger and maximum saturation points [something I don't understand well], or it might even be intended behavior.) So we know at least one of the pages needs to be edited, but I don't know which one or how. If you have more reliable testing methods than I do, maybe you know? — Auldrick (talk · contribs) 11:53, 24 February 2022 (UTC)
