Sub headings[]
Is it possible for there to be 4 subheadings? Currently it only accepts 3. – Goandgoo ᐸ Talk

When you hit 'submit' on an edit to a talk page with an archive nav on it, having previewed it once (drawing the archive nav into the preview section), it doesn't submit the changes as you'd expect, instead, this search box submits, and shows search results. It would be nice if this search form only submitted when its own submit button was pressed. – Sealbudsman talk/contr 02:21, 5 April 2016 (UTC)
- That would only happen if you focused the search input and pressed enter, or pressed the search button itself. The preview is outside of the edit form, and thus this input is no different to the main wiki search bar on every page. –Majr ᐸ Talk

- You know, I forgot to specify, this is the preview from the Preview tab, not the preview from the Preview button. The preview from the tab is inside the form that's submitted by the Save Page button. The preview from the Preview button is outside of it. The archive box itself doesn't have a 'form', it's just a few input fields and input buttons. – Sealbudsman talk/contr 12:29, 6 April 2016 (UTC)
- Oh that old thing? Well, that's pretty poor design. It doesn't really work very well anyway, so I guess I can't expect much of it. The archive box is a form, it wouldn't be possible to submit it without JS otherwise; perhaps you don't see the form from the preview, as nested forms aren't allowed. Looks like there is already a task about this. I would recommend just disabling that feature and using live preview, or an alternative live preview script instead. –Majr ᐸ Talk

- I'll probably keep the preview tab enabled, as this is the first problem I've ever had it. Meanwhile it's good to know there's an open task about it, I'll just live with it for now. Thanks! – Sealbudsman talk/contr 14:04, 6 April 2016 (UTC)
