This template should be used on any pages that should be deleted as soon as possible. These may include pages such as vandalism-only articles or copyright violations. Never use this template if there could be any dispute as to whether the page should be deleted or not - use {{delete}} instead. Any pages using this template are automatically added to Category:Pending speedy deletion.
When to use
Speedy deletion means that the page violates a wiki rule, so no discussion is needed prior to deleting it, although there may be a few rules that are an exception. The most common are blank pages, copyright violations, and vandalism pages, but only if these cannot be cured by reverting an edit.
A page that is a simple violation of the style guide, or any other wiki page besides the wiki rules, should not be tagged for speedy deletion. Also, it is very important to use common sense as well - that is, there may likely be cases where a page may violate one of the rules, but should obviously not be speedy deleted. Also, if there is any doubt that a page qualifies, do not request speedy deletion; use the regular deletion template instead, or if the subject is controversial for deletion as a whole, discuss before putting either of the templates on the page.

Shortcuts
There are some shortcuts you can use for reasons - that is, you can put just one short word for the first parameter and it will create a whole reason. The following table shows these shortcuts:

Any type of article that contains information about a feature or update that there is no content for, such as an article on zebras. If it is about a feature that is planned to be added in an update but has not been released in a development version yet, it's usually best to use {{delete}} instead, as this could be good faith.
