This is the documentation page. It should be transcluded into the main template page. See Template:Documentation for more information

This template is used to mark pages or sections that are undergoing large edits, and prevent people from making edits as potential edit conflicts can start and lead to general confusion or edit warring, due to their attempts to improve the page trying to do a good faith act. When the process of editing stops, do the following:

  • If there is no need to edit more, just remove the template.
  • If there is need to edit more, but don't have time or need people who knows more about it, replace it with {{work in progress}}.
  • If there is the page is short when stop editing, replace it with {{stub}}.

Usage

{{Currently editing
| 1 = Description
| section = Section mode
| timestamp = Timestamp
| nocat = Category supressor
}}
  • The |1= parameter adds a description note to the template.
  • The |section= parameter sets the template to a section mode.
  • The |timestamp= parameter adds a timestamp date.
  • The |nocat= parameter prevents that the pages using this template to be added to Category:Pages actively undergoing a major edit.
