This template is used to mark low-quality pages on the wiki for improvement and cleanup, not necessarily due to incorrect information, but instead because the current information is presented on a way that can be confusing for the reader or because it doesn't follow the Style guide. It is preferred to fix the problem yourself or press first the Discuss button present on the template to go into the talk page and propose how the page need to be cleaned up. This template adds articles to the Category:Cleanup

Usage

  • The |1= parameter adds a reason note to the template.
  • The |section= parameter sets the template to a section mode.
  • The |nocat= parameter prevents the template from adding to page to any cleanup categories.

This template changes the category it sets to pages when the namespace changes:

  • {{missing information}} for pages that miss or don't have enough information.
  • {{rewrite}} for pages that need to be rewritten.
  • {{stub}} for very short pages.
    • {{stub section}} for sections that need to be expanded due to them being stubs.

    • {{splitting}} for indicate that the splitting process has begun. It is recomended to use it on large splitting processes.
  • {{merge}} for suggesting to merge a page with another.
    • {{merging}} for indicate that the merging process has begun. It is recomended to use it on large merging processes.
