.‿.==Instructions unclear== The Java edition sand and water methods either don't work at all, or have been patched to not work, or are so poorly explained that I can't get them to work at all. It would be helpful if someone who has successfully done those methods would try them again and confirm the instructions.

  • Water method: The players head will not just go into the above block. Thus this method absolutely does not work.
  • Sand/gravel method: The instructions say to make a hole 3 blocks deep and put a composter at the bottom. As a result, the hole is now 2 blocks deep. The instructions then say that the player has to stand on the composter and put the sand/gravel "onto the highest block". What block is that? It's impossible to put sand/gravel into a block that is occupied by the player. Thus, this method is absolutely impossible. And if an additional block is placed next to the hole, to enable one to place the sand/gravel above ones head, then the 1 block of sand/gravel will just fall to the players feet. So I still don't see how this is suppose to be possible. It sounds like the players legs are suppose to actually go into the composter, but this does not happen.

I haven't tried the piston method yet. 90.191.109.211 19:02, 24 November 2020 (UTC)

You can get the player in gravel and sand. By mining it and having it fall on player using piston to push the player into it. or making a hole up and placing gravel/gravel and it will fall on player and keep doing it the player will be pushed out. In survival the player will suffocate though... 73.89.66.98 14:07, 6 January 2021 (UTC)ʘ‿ʘعظطضصشسزرذدخحجثتباىئؤٱإأآءويهنملكقفغ٦
