Once started, the loop must be broken by hand, and will send the Morse code message ...---... (SOS). Letters are separated by two blocks (8 ticks), message repeats 12 ticks after finishing. The size can probably be reduced, but this is simple enough to construct and will loop until the chunk is unloaded or manually stopped.
