"You are NOT Allowed to"[]

You aren't allowed to make versions of minecraft that allow you to play without having paid... Doesn't MCP itself allow you to play without having paid? Just wondering what the deal with that is. –Preceding unsigned comment was added by 50.81.89.50 (Talk) 02:53, 20 November 2011. Please sign your posts with ~~~~

No, you have to obtain a minecraft.jar for the right version before you can install MCP 113.29.211.159 02:04, 15 February 2012 (UTC)
In terms of service there is a claim "You are not allowed to release modified or unmodified versions of MCP anywhere." There are lots of modified releases of MCP but MCP Team does nothing because MCP is abandoned and superseded by MCP-Reborn. This means you are allowed to release MCP anywhere. Constant error....[]

I get this error when starting decompile.bat !!Missing server jar file. Aborting!! I copied everything (bin;resources) in the jars folder. What is the problem and what should I do to fix it? –Preceding unsigned comment was added by 86.58.120.230 (Talk) 19:59, 6 May 2012. Please sign your posts with ~~~~

You also need to download the server (from minecraft.net) and put that in the jars folder. -- Orthotope 00:05, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
