No fall damage?[]

The article currently says that levitated entities do not take fall damage. How can levitation not inflict fall damage? I've never gotten to the point where I am levitated except in creative mode. But a level II levitation would raise me 18 blocks, and I would fall 18 blocks after it wears off. Wouldn't I take fall damage? ~ Amatulic (talk) 21:20, 20 February 2020 (UTC)

This is a neutral effect, not a negative.[]

It is only negative when unintended, not when it's from a command block for a lift to places you could't normally can't reach. 188.120.87.87 11:16, 28 April 2020 (UTC)

The wiki follows the game's definition, and the game lists it as negative. FVbico (talk) 11:17, 28 April 2020 (UTC)
Why some of our Educational Collection uses this a billion of times?? Is this just to kill students. This is a neutral effect, it's a bug, because it's neutral..188.120.87.87 13:40, 29 April 2020 (UTC)
While you could treat Levitation as a buff, it only appears in survival when you are attacked by shulkers, and you would rarely get attacked on purpose. The levitation makes it hard to control your movement and can send you to fatal heights. The BlobsPaper 17:22, 29 April 2020 (UTC)

Shulkers not immune??[]

A shulker got levitation and it behaved like Fatal Poison. 188.120.87.87 13:44, 29 April 2020 (UTC)

I don't think that's how levitation works. If you believe this is a bug, visit the bug tracker. The BlobsPaper 17:23, 29 April 2020 (UTC)
