- It's hard to argue with the chair, but I don't think there's any table; that texture is simply the front view of the chair. This is similar to how the side and end views of the bed work in later versions. The back and seat would probably use the wooden plank texture, but it might need another one for the rear view. -- Orthotope 20:35, 9 June 2012 (UTC)

I don't remember there ever being an official recipe for this. Can someone link me something that shows proof of this recipe, or was this speculation?

- I can't see any evidence that it was intentionally marked as "Planned" by Mojang... there are no comments from a Mojang representative on that page (that I can find), and I haven't seen any mention of the idea in the whole time I've followed Notch's/Jeb's Twitter (which in Notch's case, has been since before February of last year, at least, and I can't remember for sure how long it's been for Jeb, though it's probably been since shortly after he picked up Minecraft development). If you can point to a definitive piece of evidence (a tweet, a More Satisfaction comment, etc.), I'll add this, but otherwise I don't think there's a strong enough argument for its inclusion. 「ディノ奴千？！」? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 05:20, 12 September 2012 (UTC)
- Only people marked as 'employee' for the Mojang community page can change the status of a thread on that GetSatisfaction page. The only people who are marked as 'employee' there are actual Mojang employees, or people who were Mojang employees.
- I was a regular poster there when this thread was marked as planned. At the time, a Mojang employee did post a comment mentioning why this was marked as planned. I can only assume that comment has been deleted as I cannot find it either.

Play Tutorial World button on PC Infdev/Alpha
I'm pretty sure that an un-clickable 'Play Tutorial World' button existed on the main screen of Minecraft (PC Edition) during the early period of its development(most likely during the Infdev/Alpha period). It appears on a lot of early YouTube Minecraft videos. It was most likely removed during the move from Alpha to Beta stage.
If somebody could verify this I would be happy if it were included in the article. ~WilliamL
Edit: I tracked down an Antvenom video which shows him playing Alpha 1.0.17_04. The main screen includes a 'Play tutorial level' button. I see if I can find out when it first appears. ~WilliamL

Will Quiver, Camera and Lectern will be added in Future Updates?
I watched a Minecraft song named Take back the Night where the Boy used a Quiver and I would totally like that to be added into the game where you can put your sword, arrows or bow if possible without putting it in your Inventory but putting it in the quiver just like a chest. Lectern would also be great, I was also thinking that you can download any readable files like Ebook, Wattpad or something (Whis is popular here in our country) and you can read it in the game. Lastly is the Camera, Wish they could add that to the PC Version, than using the F2 button which I clearly hate it 'cause the screenshots are blurry. Team Survival Mode and Fortress Mode
Did anyone notice that Team Survival Mode and Fortress Mode are references to Team Fortress 2 (TF2)? Plus, notch said that fortress mode will have "Perhaps Capture the Flag, perhaps something else", and TF2 has CTF too. On team survival mode it said 2 to 3 teams, Team Fortress has 2 teams.
