Fishing

What does this sentence mean in the article? "Players can catch a fish mob, guardian, elder guardian, squid, or boat when fishing." I fished a few times, but only got items. Is it supposed to mean that an elder guardian can jump towards you instead of an item? Fabian42 (talk) 17:18, 6 May 2020 (UTC)

@Fabian42 I did not expect to go fishing, pull on a bite, and have a boat fly towards me, landing on the beach. When I hooked a squid, it simply spawned a squid where the bob was floating--it did not drag it towards me. So if it is a live mob, it may just spawn it at the bob in the water instead of sending it flying towards you. 67.240.52.121 19:00, 11 May 2020 (UTC)

Russia

/warp russia crashes the game!?! 49.228.179.23 06:38, 8 May 2020 (UTC)

Not for me. It's an End-type generation that looks like a snowy Overworld. I couldn't even see any mobs, everything is fine. Which seed did you use? Fabian42 (talk) 08:27, 8 May 2020 (UTC)
Oppose }J<*c. 49.228.179.23 08:57, 8 May 2020 (UTC)
What? That is not a seed. I asked which seed you used. Fabian42 (talk) 10:06, 8 May 2020 (UTC)
Yeah. 49.228.179.23 07:47, 10 May 2020 (UTC)
Also try other /warp European countries. 49.228.176.243 09:16, 14 May 2020 (UTC)

}J<*c

"That's because the game only supports non-negative numbers within its registries. There also exists a dimension (with a warp string }J<*c that is a dimension ID _generated:1423540522) that causes a crash because it triggers a 1 in 4 billion edge case where one of the biome IDs is INT_MIN, so it stays negative after the absolute value is taken." How the dimension }J<*c looks like? 49.228.179.23 08:58, 8 May 2020 (UTC)

It has no look, because it can never be generated. Fabian42 (talk) 10:06, 8 May 2020 (UTC)

Lighting?

"The lighting system between buffet worlds and unique dimensions is different. In the Overworld there can be darkness, while in the Easter Egg generated dimension there can not be (i.e. "fleet" (minecraft:between) and "shapes" (minecraft:shapes))." What is this supposed to mean? --Brmiller50 (talk) 10:34, 8 May 2020 (UTC)

It's probably another way of saying that the day/night cycle has different speeds. So you can have it be day in one dimension and night in another. I didn't test that myself and didn't pay attention to it in Panda's streams, so I don't know if that's actually true or if only the sky is affected by the day/night cycle speed. /warp europe

/warp europe don't crash the game. 49.228.176.243 09:10, 14 May 2020 (UTC)

So? There are literally billions of possible book contents that don't crash the game. It's an extremely rare occurrence that it does crash. Fabian42 (talk) 14:14, 14 May 2020 (UTC)
