Luck Potion[]

Is there any way to brew the luck potion? PancakeIdentity (talk) 22:51, 30 October 2015 (UTC)

No. It does not seem to be obtainable at all (yet, anyway). Anomie x (talk) 23:38, 30 October 2015 (UTC)

More tipped arrows[]

Someone on Reddit came up with a much better idea for making tipped arrows: https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/3qw43q/this_is_how_you_convert_arrows_into_tipped_arrows/

I tried it in survival in a test world: manually fired 32 arrows into the bottom of a gate with redstone as shown, put one lingering potion into the dispenser, flipped the lever, and got about 23 tipped arrows (plus 9 regular arrows), which is still quite a bit better than 5. Slightly improved it: a button instead of a lever to trigger the lower dispenser, and a dispenser with a lever to rapidly frob to load up the gate with arrows. BTW, /give @p minecraft:tipped_arrow 64 0 {Potion:minecraft:empty} will work around MC-91713. Anomie x (talk) 00:22, 31 October 2015 (UTC)
Interesting, perhaps these designs could go on a new tutorial page or something. GoandgooTalk

I might wait a few versions to see if Mojang decides to "fix" it somehow first. Anomie x (talk) 12:23, 31 October 2015 (UTC)
Someone else on Reddit came up with an even nicer design, which I improved and schematicized at User:Anomie x/Arrow tipper. Anomie x (talk) 17:28, 31 October 2015 (UTC)
