Verify Priest Villager

I can verify the that the villager/zombie are priests. This may be a coincidence. Needs further test/looking into the code. PancakeMan77 (talk) 20:38, 21 October 2015 (UTC)

That's been my experience too, though I've only seen 2 so far... – Sealbudsman talk/contr 21:15, 21 October 2015 (UTC)
In this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=doVZszSYFnI and in this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWRQ8V8AkKU it shows priests. I think we can safely say that they are always priests. PancakeMan77 (talk) 23:19, 21 October 2015 (UTC)
I'd agree. – Sealbudsman talk/contr 00:17, 22 October 2015 (UTC)
The data in igloo_bottom.nbt specifies Profession 2 for the villager and VillagerProfession 2 for the zombie. The NBT also specifies trades of 36 rotten flesh for 1 emerald and 9 gold for 1 emerald. Anomie x (talk) 05:02, 22 October 2015 (UTC)

Verify Golden Apple

I can verify, that when there is a golden apple, it is in the central spot. At least with the 2 I have found so far. PancakeMan77 (talk) 23:38, 21 October 2015 (UTC)

Open question: are there chests without a golden apple? And if so, is there some other loot taking up the center spot? Or can it be just blank there? – Sealbudsman talk/contr 00:16, 22 October 2015 (UTC)
It looks like the golden apple is rather buggy. The chest when generated from igloo_bottom.nbt has a golden apple in the center, and then the code applies the loot table to it. If you open it now, and you're lucky that slot 13 doesn't get overwritten, you'd probably get the golden apple.
But when the chest is saved or loaded the game sees the LootTable tag and doesn't save the Items tag, and if it's loading from NBT it won't bother to load the Items tag if there's a LootTable tag. I also cannot seem to create a chest in the state necessary to get the apple, as both /setblock and /blockdata seem to involve a save-and-load and therefore lose the Items tag. I found an igloo for verification of things

I know igloos are rare to find, so here's how to get to one easy: Make a new world, superflat, seed -1715419777138443287, preset 3;minecraft:bedrock,62*minecraft:dirt,minecraft:snow_layer;12;biome_1. EDIT: Oops, forgot to include coords X=2301 Z=2156. AwesomeMan31415926 (profile|contribs) 02:36, 22 October 2015 (UTC)

They are pretty common on the seed 123. See this reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/3pnbxo/minecraft_snapshot_15w43a/ PancakeMan77 (talk) 20:32, 22 October 2015 (UTC)
