Request to merge this with weapons. -Zaneo
- why? its a separate item, all the other items have their own page.Toadbert
- I agree. There's no need for a merge.--Quatroking - Garble Garble! 13:49, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
This page show how to construct a Bow, but not an arrow, even though 'arrow' redirects here. 24.191.110.175 19:58, 27 July 2010 (UTC)
- Theres a lot of dumb redirects, like seeds and soil redirecting to farming.Toadbert
In the items image in the new minecrqft release it shows a quiver. Perhaps this should be mentioned somewhere...
--The codes for the Bow and Arrows is 261 and 262 respectively. Someone should get around to adding that to the Data Table. - Violet
Arrow
I added the inventory icon for arrows :)
Arrows After Death
Arrows fired from the player can't be looted after respawning. Whoever has a couple arrows to dispose of is welcome to test it out. Whoever wants to edit it into the page, then be my guest. LostUser 05:36, 23 November 2010 (UTC)
Doesn't Break Glass
The trivia section states that arrows can't break glass block. That's true, and I imagine some added that as a bit of "Reality Vs. Minecraft" trivia. The problem is that glass block are either a meter or a yard thick. You expect expect a single arrow to shatter glass that thick, so is it really at all necessary to mention this? --Valos 04:05, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
Flaming Arrow
The link that talks about flaming arrows... Could it possibly find a use for Netherstone?
Also, arrows of light (e.g., arrows that do more damage to spiders, skeletons, etc) could be a hypothetical use for Lightstone. --Sompresneo 00:37, 16 December 2010 (CST)
Pink Arrows!?
When looking in the Item folder in the Minecrat.jar file, there is a picture with pink arrows. Should this be added into this page? File:Arrows.png Look closely at the bottom arrow. --Ikalpo 13:24, 20 December 2010 (CST)

- This may be used in multiplayer for transparency; in SMP other players appear as silver-white, perhaps to indicate that you cannot pick them up. --Bobtheblueberry 21:08, 8 January 2011 (UTC)
Arrow damage
Why doesn't it say anywhere what damage an arrow does? I'd put it in myself, but now I'm not even sure what the damage is (see Talk:Sword) LTK 70 12:54, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
Edit: Looks like I overlooked it. All better now! LTK 70 18:03, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
Arrows in the Nether
There's currently a note in Trivia that reads:
- Arrows do not travel farther in the Nether.
While I'm sure this is true, one wonders why it's even mentioned. I could add a similar note saying:
- Arrows do not travel farther on July 14th.
Which would be equally true, but not worth mentioning. I'm sure they don't travel farther under all kinds of circumstances (when fired at night, when fired while standing on gravel, etc.) but why would you think they would? Does keeping this particular note make sense for some reason? --Euryleia 17:25, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
It's a popular belief, and Nether is a seperate world. Mentionning here is useful. Calinou 23:04, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
- If it's debunking a popular myth (admittedly I haven't heard of it) then it has use being there. Perhaps add "Contrary to popular myth" at the start just so it is outlined why the note is there on the page. ANNOYING 23:57, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
