My thought was that the minimum stat value would be more valuable for someone looking up an item during leveling. "Is the minimum stats of this item better than my current item? Is it worth me going after?" Thinking about it further, if someone was trying to max out a character in the end game, maximum values would be helpful. I will put both going forward and start updating the ones that I have done. Let me know if this will be an issue or you need anything else.
I meant its not really an issue, it's mainly I'm not sure about what is best to put myself. I put max stats because I had the endgame mindset like you said, but I get the idea behind putting minimum stats. Honestly, I'm about to just start putting the entire range of damage values for each level like (40-50 min) to (60-70 max). Do you think that'd be good? I know it'd take like 3x longer but I feel its best.
Is there a reason your putting Minimum Stats for Power Values instead of Maximum on items?

That is what I am planning on doing. I am going to make my tables have 3 columns, Power Level, Min Damage and Max Damage.
Didn't see this till just now, I'll do 3 columns too when applicable.
