History[]

Pocket Edition Alpha
v0.3.3Stone JE2 BE2.png Added block with id 255. It uses the same texture as stone.
Fire has been removed due to a bug in spreading mechanics that caused it to spread to any block. Any existing fire in worlds has been replaced by block 255.
v0.5.0With the addition of tooltips, block 255 displays the name ".name<".
v0.7.0.name< has been replaced by fire but still exists in the game.
v0.7.5.name< no longer breaks quickly. It now takes the same amount of time to break as stone. However, the breaking time appears to be very inconsistent and may vary from update to update and device to device.
v0.8.0build 2Reserved6 BE1.png .name< now uses a solid gray texture, derived from the top-left pixel of the grass block top texture.
?The reserved6 block no longer has a red background.
v0.11.0build 1".name<" has been renamed to ".name".
v0.13.0build 1".name" has been renamed to "tile.reserved6.name".
v0.15.0build 1Info update BE1.png tile.reserved6.name now uses texture of tile.info_update.name.
