Potatoes are a food item that can be planted, consumed or cooked in a furnace to make baked potatoes. Potatoes can be farmed and harvested on farmland, the same way as farming wheat and carrots. When farmed, they will take 4 stages to grow rather than the normal 8 for wheat. Fully grown potato crops drop 1 to 4 potatoes and have a 2% chance of dropping an additional poisonous potato. Currently, potatoes can be found as a rare drop from zombies and also in NPC Villages alongside wheat.[1] Bone meal can be used to immediately mature the potato to its last stage of growth, but fortune tools do not have any effect on potato crops.

Le Tricolore (French for The Tricolour) is a joke item from Java Edition 23w13a_or_b.
Obtaining
One le tricolore and one la baguette is given to all players when French mode gets activated. Deactivating the mode will remove le tricolore from the player's inventory (but not la baguette; containers such as chests are not affected).
Le Tricolore is not available in the creative inventory, but can be obtained by using the give command.

A spider eye is a poisonous food and brewing item.
Obtaining
Mob loot
Spiders
Spiders and cave spiders have a 1 chance of dropping a spider eye when killed by a player or tamed wolf, but not when killed by environmental damage (such as falling). The maximum amount of spider eyes is increased by 1 per level of Looting. The chance of a spider not dropping any spider eyes can be found using the formula <code>2 / (Looting Level + 3)</code>. For example, Looting III gives a 1 chance of not dropping any spider eyes. All other amounts have an equal chance of occurring.
Witches
Witches have a chance of dropping 0–6 spider eyes upon death. This is increased by 3 per level of Looting, for a maximum of 0-15 spider eyes.
Chest loot
spider-eye
Usage
Food
When eaten, a spider eye restores 2 hunger points and 3.2 saturation points, giving a nourishment value of 1.6. It also applies a Poison effect lasting 5 seconds to the player, causing damage, which reduces hunger/saturation by 6 points.
