Minecraft: PS Vita Edition is the upcoming PlayStation Vita version of Minecraft being developed by 4J Studios for Mojang[1]. First picture of the PS Vita version shown by 4JStudios Here!!
And the first screenshot of the inventory/crafting area here! after someone asked about the PSVITA version of the game on the 2nd birthday of 4J studios at Bar 4J, which also comes with the text response

Jeb also informs us that it is based on the PS3 version.[3]
They will also try to make the game cross-buy and have the PS3/PS4/PSVITA versions of the game be able to share saves.
Minecraft: PlayStation 3 Edition and PlayStation 4 Edition was announced at Sony's exhibit at Gamescom 2013.[4] and Notch later stated that it would be coming to those consoles, as well as the PS Vita.[5]
