Minecraft: PlayStation 4 Edition (also known as Minecraft: PS4 Edition) is the PlayStation 4 version of Minecraft being developed by 4J Studios for Mojang[2].
Minecraft: PlayStation 4 Edition was announced at Sony's exhibit at Gamescom 2013.[3] Like almost all other games that will be released on the PS4, the PS4 Edition can be played on the PlayStation Vita through Remote Play. It was released on September 4, 2014.
Gameplay
The game is similar to the PlayStation 3 Edition, but supports the enchancements offered by the PlayStation 4 (increased view distance, large worlds (worlds 36 times larger - effectively 2500x2500 blocks) and DualShock 4 touchpad support).
