Wood is a block that is not found in a map naturally, it has to be created by players. It appears as a series of interconnected planks. It is good for creating a support style for your buildings and also making huts and shacks. You can obtain wood by breaking tree blocks and placing them into a crafting box in indev or by simply breaking tree blocks in survival.
