Occurrence
Nether Brick Fences are naturally found in Nether fortresses where they form window bars and gate-like structures.

Trivia
- Nether Brick Fences do not connect to regular fences when placed next to each other. They do, however, connect to fence gates just like regular fences.
- By alternating between Nether Brick Fences and regular fences, you can create a barrier that players can walk through but many mobs cannot. (Mobs will try to approach the player directly, and are not smart enough to walk around to a gap between the fences.)
- It is not possible to place pressure plates on top of them as one would with wooden fences.
- Unlike regular fences 6 Nether Bricks can craft 6 Nether Brick fences while 6 sticks will produce 2 regular fences.
- Nether Brick Fences do not burn when placed near open flame or lava, like regular fences would.
- You can use nether brick fences for windows in the nether. Ghasts can't see through them and they are blast resistant.
