Glowstone dust
Glowstone Dust can only be obtained by destroying glowstone blocks found in The Nether. Each glowstone block yields only one glowstone dust, while it takes nine glowstone dust to craft back into one glowstone block. Glowstone dust currently has no other uses. It will presumably be required to craft lanterns when they will be added.
