There is a few differences between regular explosives and IHL explosives:

  • IHL explosives does not drop itemstacks on block destruction. They drop tile entity "pile" containing dropped itemstacks.
  • When IHL explosives destroys another IHL explosive pack they would not trigger another new explosion. Instead, explosive power of pack will be added to blast wave, therefore you can design where most explosive power will go.
  • You can set any explosion delay by right-clicking on a detonator in Iron workbench output slot.
  • IHL explosives optimised for a huge explosions. They would not affect client world before they fully calculated on server side.
