Rendering[]
Blocks and items in the Creative inventory have a darkened tint attached to them on Java Edition. If all textures are set to
#FFFFFF, then all items, single sided blocks, and the top faces of all other blocks, are rendered slightly darker at about 98.8% brightness
#FCFCFC, the bottom left side of blocks at about 64.3% brightness
#A4A4A4, and the bottom right side at 39.6% brightness
#656565. In full brightness, blocks render at 98.8% brightness
#FCFCFC on the top, 79.2% brightness
#CACACA on the Z-axis, and 59.2% brightness
#979797 on the X-axis.
This is due a rendering bug: MC-213446 and MC-123703.

The enchanted glint appears on the following items:
- End Crystal
- Enchanted Golden Apple
- Nether Star
- Bottle o' Enchanting
- Enchanted Book, all types
- Debug Stick
- Blocks and items that are enchanted
Entities[]
Experience orbs[]
Experience orb textures are mostly white, gray, and red; a gradient is applied afterward to make them green and yellow.
Dyed sheep[]
Sheep colors do not seem to match dye colors or firework star colors directly one to one, they differ slightly.[more information needed]
Wolf and cat collars[]
Both wolf and cat collars use the dye colors directly one to one.

Banners[]
Banners are colored according to default dye colors.
Beacon Beam[]
Beacon beams are colored according to default dye colors. Without any stained class, it defaults to the color for white dye.

Miscellaneous color codes[]
In the source code of Java Edition, is a third set of color codes. These aren't used for dyes, firework stars, or leather armor; and the values differ from those of the chat colors; so what these values are used for are unknown. They have been in the game since at least 1.17.1 through present day versions (1.20.1+).
