Crashing
If you have a stack or block of 'Block 97' (Silverfish block), putting the mouse over it while in the Inventory screen crashes the game with a 'Saving Chunks' screen. --ClassyCreeper15 15:30, 29 September 2011 (UTC) ClassyCreeper15

When placing a nether rack fence next to a normal fence, they will not attach to each other. Although each type of fence will connect to a fence gate. Using the gate will allow you to attach the nether rack fence and normal fence together. Not sure if this was present in 1.9.1 or if it is a bug at all. --Throex 15:09, 29 September 2011 (UTC)
After dieing in hardcore mode and starting a new game (I think this is what causes it) chunks appear to be random and have nothing to do with biomes that they are in.
Graphical
How do you post pictures on this Wiki? If you see this screenshot I took, you'll see a graphical glitch with the XP bar:[URL=http://imgur.com/qWXHl] Shouldn't we have a graphical bugs section? EDIT: I just created a new section for graphical bugs. By the way, I am running on Mac OS 10.7.1

I have noticed that no matter what game mode is set, survival, hardcore or creative when you click "More world options" you will see on the bottom left "World is deleted upon death". Pretty sure this is a bug, considering that it is displayed even with hardcore mode off. --Throex 15:01, 29 September 2011 (UTC)
