Blackstone can be found in the Nether and can be processed into polished blackstone. Polished blackstone can be processed even further to create polished blackstone bricks, and that's what we're going to talk about in this video.
Polished blackstone bricks and cracked polished blackstone bricks are decorative variants of polished blackstone. They can be found as part of bastion remnants and ruined portals in the Nether. Polished blackstone bricks can be crafted by putting polished blackstone in a 2 by 2 square in the crafting grid, returning 4 polished blackstone bricks. Polished blackstone bricks can be smelted in a furnace to create cracked polished blackstone bricks as well as giving 0.1 experience in the process. Both blocks need to be mined with a pickaxe to have them drop themselves, mining them without a pickaxe will result in nothing.
Polished blackstone bricks can be further processed in a crafting table to create 4 polished blackstone brick stairs, 6 polished blackstone brick slabs and 6 polished blackstone brick walls via the usual stair, slab and wall recipes. It can also be placed in a stonecutter to create 1 polished blackstone brick stairs or polished blackstone brick wall, or 2 polished blackstone brick slabs.
