- Sorry for the trouble because "Soul Creature" is the fake name that I copy a word from the MCD:Soul Lantern description. And the name "Soul Wizard" is confirm by our Chinese MCD administrator who checked the data file and gave us the sounds file. Alan(talk) 02:17, 17 September 2020 (UTC)

- The achievement Homecoming, names the mob as Soul Entity when listed among a wolf and a bat. I think that the mob name in the achievement description should be the name of this page rather than Soul Wizard. Also, there is a possibility of the mob accidentally getting enchanted by an Enchanter. When this happened, the name was Enchanted Soul Entity rather than Enchanted Soul Wizard.
