The woodland prison is a secret mission in Minecraft Dungeons that can only be found by starting an ancient hunt. It is located underneath the woodland mansion.

Description

sus amogus The woodland prison is a fairly simple mission. The hero spawns in a room with a lever, using this lever will cause doors to open, leading to different parts of the mission. The prison is filled with emerald pots and chests, most of which you will need to complete a short ambush before accessing. Before leaving, the hero must acquire a key golem, which is locked behind a door, that will need to be opened by a lever. A knowledge book is a utility item that reveals available crafting recipes to the player when used.

Obtaining
Knowledge books can be obtained only by using commands, as it is not found in the creative inventory; therefore, it is impossible to obtain in other modes such as survival and adventure except with commands.

For example, to give oneself a knowledge book that reveals the recipes for buckets and flower pots, use: {{cmd|give @s minecraft:knowledge_book{Recipes:["minecraft:bucket", "minecraft:flower_pot"]} }}.

Usage
Knowledge books are used to reveal recipes to the player who uses it, by adding it to their recipe book. Using a knowledge book consumes it, removing it from the player's inventory.

Knowledge books are especially useful to mapmakers in conjunction with gamerule doLimitedCrafting true, because then any item is craftable only if its recipe is unlocked first.
