Note:
- Add attack render of the watchling.
A watchling, once referred to as a sentinal[1], is a hostile Enderling that can be found within the echoing void DLC of Minecraft Dungeons.
Appearance[]
Due to being a subspecies of endermen, watchlings bare a certain resemblance to them. In fact, it is said that they look like mutated and creepy versions of them, possessing numerous eyes covering their torso and head. Their arms were said to be muscular.[2] On addition, they are shorter than endermen as well as being disproportionately shaped.
Lore[]
There were many different subspecies of endermen that resided within the End, and it did not take the Heroes long to meet them. These subspecies were collectively known as enderlings. Watchlings were accounted as being the creepiest enderlings due to their appearance. Despite this, however, they preferred to defend their home in simple ways. As such upon detecting the heroes, they immediately teleported over, striking them with muscular arms. The Heroes eventually prevailed against them, making their way to the Broken Citadel, where they put a final end to the Orb of Dominance once and for all.[3]
