A potion is a consumable item that can be found within the various missions of Minecraft Dungeons.
Usage[]
Potions (excluding health potions) are consumable items that have a chance to be dropped when opening a chest or defeating a mob. When interacted with, they provide the hero a status effect that is different depending on the type of potion. Potions can also be obtained by using the looting and surprise gift enchantments.
Health potions are different to all other potions as they are not consumables and are instead found permanently equipped on the hero's utility bar. When used, the hero heals approximately 75% of their total health instantly. After use, there is a forty-five second cooldown before another health potion can be used.
List of Potions[]
- Health Potions heal approximately 75% of the hero's total health and have a forty-five second cooldown.
- Swiftness Potions increase the hero's movement speed for twenty seconds.
- Strength Potions increase the hero's attack damage by 2x for thirty seconds.
- Shadow Brews grant the hero shadow form for ten seconds.
- Oakwood Brews give the hero Oakwood Armor status effect for fifteen seconds which reduces damage taken.
- Sweet Brews give the hero a small defense boost and freezing resistance for one hundred and twenty seconds.
- Dense Brews give the hero resistance to pushback and melee damage.
- Potions of Water Breathing gives the hero the Water Breathing status effect for thirty seconds.
- Burning Brews gives the hero an effect similar to the burning enchantment, where a wave of fire is emitted frequently that damages enemies within the radius.
