The term piglin refers to a family of pig-like mobs that can be found within the flames of the nether DLC of Minecraft Dungeons.

Mobs[]

According to the Nintendo Switch News' Minecraft Dungeons channel for the mob of the month: piglins article,^{[citation needed]} piglins are shown to live in a caste-based society. The lowest ranking piglins hold gold swords. Above them are piglin hunters, who were successful enough to get their hands on a crossbow. Piglin variant 1, 2 and Piglin hunter variant 1, 2 are at the top of the piglin hierarchy and are equipped with brute armor and wield either an axe or a crossbow. Fungus throwers exist outside the hierarchy and hold no rank in piglin society. Unlike the original game, piglins and wither skeletons don't attack each other. Zombified piglins and its variants are all hostile instead of neutral, differing them from their original game variant. Several variants have zombified counterparts.

Golden axe[]

A golden axe is an axe variant that can be found exclusively equipped by piglin variant 1 and zombified piglin variant 1 within the flames of the nether DLC of Minecraft Dungeons.

Golden sword[]

A golden sword is a sword variant that can be found exclusively equipped by piglins and zombified piglins within the flames of the nether DLC of Minecraft Dungeons.
