The Obsidian Monstrosity is the name given to a statue found in the Obsidian Pinnacle.
It can be found under construction near the second main Redstone Golem fight. The Obsidian Monstrosity is its name in the game files, as it is not referenced in the base game. It seems to be a powered-up version of the Redstone Monstrosity, as it is larger and possibly more powerful. An inspection of the Minecraft Dungeons files says this could be in an upcoming Nether DLC.
