The Ghast is a mini-boss mob in Minecraft Dungeons, added in the Flames of the Nether DLC.
Spawning
A Ghast spawns in the Basalt Deltas and Crimson Forest levels in Arena Battles where the final wave spawns two. They can also spawn in those same levels, as well as the Nether Fortress as a mini-boss.
Behavior
Ghasts attack by shooting large fireballs at the player, which explode and leave behind some fire when they hit a block or player.

Trivia
- The Ghast is one of the only three mobs that can appear as a boss in more then one level. The others are the Illusioner and the Evoker.
- It's also the only boss that can appear more than once at the same time.
