The Broken Citadel is a mission in the Echoing Void DLC of Minecraft Dungeons. It harbors the Vengeful Heart of Ender. This is the final mission of the Ultimate Edition of the game and the story of the Arch-Illager and the Orb of Dominance.

In the game files, the Broken Citadel is referred to internally as the EndCitadel while the Broken Citadel’s loading screen is referred to internally as the BlightedCitadel.

Trivia[]

In the loading screen image for the Broken Citadel, two Endersent can be seen among some Blastlings and Endermites, however, only one Endersent actually spawns in the mission.
It has the highest artifact yield of any mission, with up to 6 different artifacts being obtainable on Apocalypse difficulty.
