The Minecart with Command Block is a Command Block inside a minecart, having the combined functionality of both. It can be activated by powered Activator Rails.
Obtaining
Much like regular command blocks, the minecart with command block is only obtainable using /give (using "minecraft:command_block_minecart") or external tools. It can also be obtained through /summon, like the other different types of minecarts can.
Usage
The minecart with command block is used to run commands and travel. It can be more useful than a Command Block in some situations, and less useful in others. For an example, a benefit of command block minecarts is that you do not need to give it input from a Clock circuit; for as long as it is powered, it will repeatedly run the command, once every four game ticks (five times per second). Relative coordinates can be very useful in Minecart Command Block commands. For example, giving the XYZ as "~6 ~2 ~0" (without the quote marks) means "the block that is 6 South and 2 up from the minecart's current location". Since the minecart's location is constantly changing, a setblock command using relative coordinates can draw a wall (poorly, with gaps).

The Ankle monitor was a joke foot item.
Usage
Ankle monitors were equipped in the boots slot. In survival mode, when equipped, it could not be taken off. However, players in Creative mode are unaffected.
When equipped, the player would be afflicted with Slowness I.
During the night, being a certain number of blocks from the world spawn, above a certain minimum,how much? would prompt the following message in chat: "CURFEW WARNING! You are violating your house arrest! Get back by [distance] meters!"
If in the Nether or the End, a different set of messages would be cycled through which can be seen in the section below.
Nether and End messages
* CURFEW WARNING! You are violating your house arrest! Uuuh... where are you anyway?
* CURFEW WARNING! Hello, are you there?
* CURFEW WARNING! I'm sure you have important things to do, but you need to go back!
* CURFEW WARNING! We're lonely back home!
* CURFEW WARNING! By "we" I mean I. I'm lonely.
* CURFEW WARNING! Ok enough games... GET BACK RIGHT NOW!
* CURFEW WARNING! LAST WARNING!
* CURFEW WARNING! LASTEST WARNING (really now)
* CURFEW WARNING! ...
* CURFEW WARNING! So... Where are you?
* CURFEW WARNING! Having a good day?
* CURFEW WARNING! Did you see that monster over there?
* CURFEW WARNING! Give it a whack, if you would be so kind.
* CURFEW WARNING! Teheee...
* CURFEW WARNING! Ok, enough of this!
* CURFEW WARNING! Last straw!
* CURFEW WARNING! Now you die.
* CURFEW WARNING! Boom!
* CURFEW WARNING! Hehe, fun right?
* CURFEW WARNING! Ok, you will not hear anything more from me now!
* CURFEW WARNING! You'll be as lonely as I am.
* CURFEW WARNING! How does that feel?
* CURFEW WARNING! I know, I'll wipe my memory. That way, I can start over!
* CURFEW WARNING! *bzzzzttt*

Netherite ingots are items obtained from crafting netherite scraps and gold ingots together, as well as loot from bastion remnant loot chests. Unlike other items, they are immune to fire and lava damage. They are primarily used to upgrade diamond gear and craft lodestones.
Obtaining
Netherite ingots are obtained by crafting four netherite scraps and four gold ingots. It is a shapeless recipe, therefore the placement of the netherite scraps and gold ingots does not matter when crafting it.

Netherite ingots can be used on a smithing table to upgrade diamond items to netherite items, as well as trim any armor piece. Data such as durability, enchantments, and custom names are preserved.

Trim color palette
The following color palettes are shown on the designs on trimmed armor:
* netherite ingot
* (a darker color palette is used when a netherite armor piece is trimmed using a netherite ingot).
Repairing
Netherite ingots are the repair items for the netherite tier and armor material, and thus can be used to repair the following items in an anvil:
* Netherite Helmet
* Netherite Chestplate

Beacons
A netherite ingot could be used to select powers from a beacon instead of using an emerald, gold ingot, iron ingot, or a diamond. The player must select one of the available powers, and then insert an ingot in the item slot. The gold option is more efficient than the netherite option because it consumes 3 fewer gold and no netherite scrap.

Issues
Issues relating to "Minecart with Command Block" are maintained on the bug tracker. Report issues there.
Trivia
- Minecarts with Command Blocks will repeatedly execute their command when on a powered activator rail, unlike the regular Command Block which executes its command only once until it is powered again.
- The Minecart with Command Block is the only Minecart that has an item that cannot be crafted using a Minecart and the respective block.
- When broken, the Minecart with Command Block will only drop a Minecart rather than both a Minecart and Command Block.
- Minecarts with Command Blocks do work with comparators; they will output a signal when they are hooked up to a detector rail that has a Minecart with Command Block that successfully ran a command the last time it was activated via a powered activator rail. Unfortunately this means that you can't use it and the "clock circuit effect" together (because the cart can either be on a detector rail or an activator rail, not both at the same time).
- Unlike the regular command block an explosion will destroy the Minecart with Command Block. This may be because the cart itself is vulnerable or a limitation of the fact that the code counts it as an entity.
- An item icon for the Minecart with Command Block existed before the item was implemented.
