In the future, it would be a good idea to contact one of us wiki administrators first, if you think an article needs to be moved/re-named. I wouldn't just go ahead and move the page like you tried to. It is far too easy for someone to inadvertently delete a page's history, break a bunch of article links, or create unnecessary/duplicate articles if this is not done properly. Plus, it's also just a good idea to confirm with an admin that a page re-name is necessary.
I would strongly encourage blocking this user as they have claimed they are underage, possibly given out family information (last thread), and went as far as to harass us cross-wiki, which should be deserving of a global block on all accounts.
A wiki needs to meet certain criteria to qualify to have a Wiki Manager. Typically, Fandom staff determine which wikis are eligible and gradually assign WMs to more wikis, wherever they see a need. For example: when there is a new game announced, you will most often see a Wiki Manager assigned to the wiki for that game. - Sitb(Message wall / Talk page) 10:22, August 22, 2020 (UTC)
I just saw your discussion post about it. I'm not sure what Microsoft's rules are concerning the sharing of codes like that, so just in case that is against some sort of rule, please don't share the code on this wiki.
You are free to connect with someone you meet here on the wiki and, depending on whether Microsoft allows it, privately give your code to them by communicating somewhere other than the wiki. - Sitb(Message wall / Talk page) 07:40, August 15, 2020 (UTC)
AndreJhay is underage based on what they said at Thread:93689, and to comply with COPPA I believe they should be globally blocked until they are to turn 13. (I would also suggest removing the replies where they stated very personal information; family names, etc.)
TBH that user seems more likely to be a troll, than an actual underage user. Still, that's not for me to decide. I'll pass along the message to full-time staff. Thanks! - Sitb(Message wall / Talk page) 17:51, August 10, 2020 (UTC)
