This article documents an April Fools' joke.
There is no actual version 1.10 of Minecraft currently in development yet.
On April 1, 2015, Mojang released a hoax announcement for 1.10, also known as The Love and Hugs Update. 15w14a[1] was the first, and only, hoax snapshot released for 1.10. Arguably, this is also the first snapshot released in 2015.
