1.16.2 Release Candidate 1 (known as 1.16.2-rc1 in the launcher) is the first release candidate for Java Edition 1.16.2, released on August 7, 2020,[1] which fixes bugs.

  • MC-197197 – Game crashes or freezes after creating or entering a Superflat world without presets.
