Goats are neutral mobs found in extreme hills.
Spawning
Groups of 2 to 3 goats spawn on extreme hills biomes at the surface at a light level of 7 or higher, however, extreme hills is only a temporary spawn.[1]
Behavior
Sometimes, a goat will jump very high into the air. This usually happens if the goat is trying to cross an obstacle like a small hole in the ground. Goats will take reduced fall damage than most other mobs,[more information needed] and they will also avoid walking into powder snow.
When a player or a mob is immobile for a certain period of time, the goat will charge him.
Attacking
Every 10–15 seconds, a goat will randomly choose to attack a nearby mob or the player up to 16 blocks away, except other goats or shulkers. After choosing something to attack, the goat performs a small charging animation, then runs very quickly towards the target and hits them, dealing quite a lot of knockback. The ram can travel up to 9 blocks. If the goat misses and instead hits a block, it has a chance of dropping a goat horn.
Goats do not attack back if attacked by a player or mob. When attacked, they exhibit the same panicky fleeing that passive mobs exhibit.
Breeding
Goats will follow players who are holding wheat. If goats are fed wheat, they enter love mode and will breed. Unlike all other mobs that can breed, when goats are bred they will produce numerous baby goats. 3–8 baby goats are produced when they are bred. Like other animals that can breed, the player is granted 1–7 experience when they are bred.
Drops
Upon successful breeding, 1–7.
Like other baby animals, killing a baby goat yields no items nor experience.
Milking
A goat is milked by using a bucket on it, yielding a milk bucket. Players can use the milk bucket to consume the milk, which removes any status effects.

A poisonous potato is a type of potato that can poison the player.
Obtaining
The poisonous potato is a rare drop when harvesting (destroying) potato crops; a fully grown plant has a 2% chance of dropping one in addition to the 2-5 regular potatoes.
Chest loot
poisonous-potato
Usage
Poisonous potatoes cannot be planted on farmland or baked. They also have no use with the composter.
Food
To eat a poisonous potato, press and hold use while it is selected in the hotbar. Eating one restores 2 hunger and 1.2 hunger saturation and has a 60% chance of applying 5 seconds of Poison II, draining points of health.
Interestingly, a poisonous potato actually restores double the hunger and saturation than a normal, unpoisoned potato. (A normal potato gives 1 hunger and 0.6 saturation points.)
