Glistering Melon is a non-edible item used for imbuing Potions with health restoration effects. It is one of the many potion ingredients that can be used to make Mundane Potions.
Crafting
Glistering Melons can be crafted with a Gold Nugget and a Melon placed anywhere in a crafting grid. Glistering Melons are relatively easy potion ingredients to get, since a basic melon farm can produce lots of melon slices quickly and Gold Ingots can make nine nuggets apiece.
| Ingredients | Input » Output |

Brewing
Glistering Melons can be added to Water Bottles to create Mundane Potions, which can then be made into Potions of Weakness. They can also be added to Awkward Potions to create Potions of Healing.

Trivia
- The name is not a typo of "glistening" - glistering is an English word meaning to shine or glisten.
- In the language file, the glistering melon is referred to as a "speckled melon".
- The Gold Nugget seems to make the Glistering Melon inedible, even though other food containing gold in it, like the Golden Apple and the Golden Carrot, can still be eaten.
